Would this be considered defamation? Warner Bros. decided to proceed with a lawsuit against Mirchi Movies of India for a recent release of 'Hari Puttar: A Comedy Of Errors', a film about a 10 year-old who moves from India to England. Hmm.... the name is familiar but the plot obviously is not. If anything, the plot seems more like the recently debunked CW series 'Aliens In America'. (Yahoo)

My Citrus Placebo
The herbal supplement Airborne has lost a $23.3 million dollar class action lawsuit yesterday for false advertising. Stating it can kill it a cold when all it can do is boost your immune prior to a cold. I guess people didn't know you were suppose to take them prior to entering a sick-plague area.
I've been known to pop a few of these boosters at work as if they were candy and they sure have prevented a few colds coming my way. What else would you expect in a tablet that has the capacity of vitamin C equivalent to 10 oranges? (NYT)
