I love me some Amy Adams. It's very apparent that I do. I love how she brings so much optimism in every character she portrays and how those characters make me smile for two hours. This is why I'm afraid when she's in talks to star in a David O. Russell (oh gawd) film called 'The Fighter' with Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale. Is this the gritty edge Adams is trying to reach to break the stereotype that got her two Oscar nominations? I applaud and encourage range from my performing artists so let's hope this casting decision works. (Variety)

My Upcoming Trailers
Another highly anticipated summer flick is Julie & Julia marking Meryl Streep's second collaboration with both Stanley Tucci (LOVE these two together) and Amy Adams (though doesn't share a scene together). Judging from the trailer, it seems like it's part 'Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood', part 'Bridget Jones's Diary' and part 'Ratatouille'. Sounds fun enough for me. Also, are they seriously going to go through with cutting Meryl Streep's role in this to a supporting one? (gasp!)

My Ironic Dream
Reason #25 Why I'm Not Badass: I dreamt I was singing 'That's How You Know' in Central Park last night.

My Sunshine Cleaning
My love for Amy Adams is well-documented, my infatuation with Emily Blunt is slowly on the rise, so when I heard about their collaboration got accepted at Sundance earlier this year, I couldn't wait to see a trailer for it. Now, some nine months later, it has finally arrived. Just try not laughing out loud at the last 10 seconds of it... I dare you.

My Amy Adams Infaturation
Okay. Many knows I am in love with this lady. Everything from 'Catch Me If You Can' to the very recent 'Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day', she is just radiant and cute as a button. I'm glad she's hitting it big now since 'Enchanted' was released last fall. She sings, she dances and she's just impeccable with her comedic timing. To top it off, she hosted SNL this weekend and opened her guest spot by singing a duet with Kristen Wiig of 'What is This Feeling?' from the Broadway production of 'Wicked'. Check it out.
